we work directly on the skin. You may need to be seated or standing so best to wear minimal comfortable, loose-fitting , clothing: a tank top or bra & shorts or underwear, 2 piece bathing suit, etc. For men: Boxers, underwear, gym shorts.
Nothing tight or restricting.

With Myofascial Release, we are not gliding across the skin but sinking in and using techniques best on dry skin.
The Barnes Approach to Myofascial Release, a gentle approach proven far more effective in deep and lasting change.
Deep layers of release, melting restrictions and re-hydrating tissue and interstitial fluid) are achieved through slow, steady, sustained pressure, compression, and traction.
Though the results are far deeper and lasting, this is NOT DEEP TISSUE associated with Rolfing or other more aggressive techniques.
